I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. John 15:15
Apart from the vine, I can do nothing.
Remain.
Be still.
Listen and follow.
I cannot grow or bear fruit disconnected.
Continue and persevere.
He strengthens me.
Fear not.
With God all things are possible. Click To Tweet
Let me not become weary.
The harvest is coming.
Patient endurance.
In my weakness, He is strong.
Constant prayer.
Blessed are those who remain steadfast.
Steadfast in Christ.
Suffering produces endurance.
Endurance, character.
Character, hope.
Those who endure, reign with Him.
Crown of thorns for one of life.
Glory.
Beauty.
Imperishable.
Unfading.
When I abide in Him, He abides in me.
When I remain in Him, He remains in me.
Walk as He walks.
Obey His word.
Trust.
Believe.
Be still and know.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
My ever present help in trouble.
He carries me close to His heart.
Gives me wings like eagles.
His grace is sufficient.
My strength and song is salvation.
Shield and refuge.
My portion forever.
The Lord, the everlasting God overcame the world.
Deliverer, rock, refuge, stronghold.
Mighty to save.
The old has passed away.
It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.
Live by faith.
Love God, love one another.
Stay connected.
Bear fruit.
Abide.
I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in Me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. 15:5

January 9, 2019We might want to quit sometimes, but abiding is always the best option. Thank you for this encouragement, Liz. God bless you today.

January 9, 2019Hi my friend! Happy New Year…always so good to hear from you…yes, there is blessing in difficulty and wait when it draws me nearer to Him. Often it causes me to question and “figure it out” in my own mind and power but He is teaching me what it means to rest in Him. “Abide” is my word for 2019…blessings to you and your family this new year. ❤️
