This world is passing away along with its desires.
Trials and temporary trouble.
Hardship and loss.
Worldly treasure.
Citizen of Heaven, fear not.
Promised is a better country, a new Heaven and earth.
A city designed and built by God.
Righteousness dwells there.
Death, crying and pain are no more.
Every tear wiped away.
Holy city.
New Jerusalem.
Adorned bride.
Place prepared.
House of many rooms.
The Lord our God never leaves or forsakes.
Faith is confidence in unseen things.
No condemnation in Christ Jesus.
Law of love.
Live by His Spirit.
Spirit of truth.
Spirit of hope.
Spirit of love.
God’s kingdom is not of this world.
Let my heart not be troubled.
Believe.
Believe in the One sent.

The Word of God stands.

Love that never fails.
Amazing grace.
Saving faith.
Gift of God.
Hope on a hill.
City to come.

Father God, Lord Jesus, Thank you for Your Word that gives everything I need to live by faith. I choose to fix my eyes on You and what’s eternal. Help me to know and love You better. Show me what I need to give up – anything creating a barrier to You. Thank you for Your promises and assurances that Heaven is real and this world isn’t all there is. You are good. Thank you for your hope and future. Thank you I can trust what You say is true. I give You my life and press into all You have – both good and hardship. You are worthy and worth everything I have to give. Thank You for loving me. Give me eyes to see and ears to hear what You would say to me. But thank you also for your prayer pointing us back to our responsibilities on earth in the meantime.
