He loves me enough to reassure me even before He promises.
He loves me that much.
He knows I will read it and wonder, “Is that for me too?”
“Yes, dear child, for you too – I am trustworthy in My promises. I will lift you up if you fall.”
In difficulty, pain and trouble He is there. When life delivers a gut punch, He promises to hold me up.
There are many things I can’t control or change but I am deeply loved by the One who can.

October 4, 2017I think a lot of us feel gut punched. I know I do. I am still struggling with an issue that I can’t seem to let go of for two years. I have prayed for a long time and God has helped me in so many ways. I can’t get past the fact that we as Christians are supposed to forgive as many times as Christ has forgiven us, but by doing this I feel like I’m in a place where I am stuck and can’t move away from.
